Gabe, the owner, was kind enough to offer me a free after hours phone consultation minutes after I put out a job request regarding my broken water heater. Not sure if he would have been the cheapest out there, but I was impressed with his straightforward attitude. He was also able to fit me in the next day.
Ryan and Gabe showed up the next day and promptly went to work. They showed me how to perform yearly maintenance, and patiently answered all of my questions. I felt bad that they ended up working later than expected, but they were so nice about it. Another cool thing is that Gabe offers first responder and healthcare discounts.

We found out we have a leak at just after noon on a Friday. We were referred here by another plumber. We THOUGHT it was a pvc pipe leaking and were quoted a price I would think was fair. They said they'd be out today. Ryan came and around 7:30. He was very friendly right off the bat. He came in assessed the situation, chuckled and said 'this may have just gotten a lot easier. Let's test my theory.' He did a few things and turned my water back on. No leak. He could have milked the situation. Could have done repairs that wouldn't have been necessary. He was honest and then said there was no way he was charging me what I was quoted. We came to fair price. He had integrity, he was honest, he was professional and seems to be a great person. I will definitely use them again if needed.
